Volume 2 of 2009-2010 FSA Handbook Posted Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority reports that Federal Student Aid posted Volume 2 of the 2009-2010 FSA Handbook. Volume 2, School Eligibility and Operations, contains twelve chapters. Although the entire volume can be downloaded, each chapter is presented as a separate PDF File. The new posting can be found at the following IFAP address: http://ifap.ed.gov/fsahandbook/0910FSAHbkVol2.html. The Federal Student Aid Handbook consists of the Application and Verification Guide and six numbered volumes. After being reviewed and approved by FSA, each volume is then posted. The Guide is the only other 2009-2010 volume available at the present time.
