Subject: On February 9th FSA distributed the FY 2007 Draft Cohort Default Rate notification packages to all eligible domestic schools. The time period for a school to challenge its Draft Cohort Default Rate began February 18, 2009, and ends April 3, 2009.

Subject: Posted was a reminder and update on USCIS Field Offices Changes for Submission of Immigration Status/Document Verification Request, G-845. Utah mails Form G-845 to the USCIS office in Arlington, VA.

Subject: On February 20th, FSA sent a 2006-2007 Pell Grant CFL Reduction to G5 Net Drawdown warning message to affected schools’ SAIG mailboxes. Schools with a Current Funding Level (CFL) for the 2006-2007 Award Year that is greater than their Net Drawdown amount reflected in the COD System and in G5 should submit all outstanding downward disbursement adjustments to the COD System before March 19, 2009.
