2009-2010 Federal Pell Grant Payment and Disbursement Schedules Available Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority alerts the financial aid community that Federal Student Aid (FSA) posted the 2009-2010 Federal Pell Grant Payment and Disbursement Schedules. All 2009-2010 full-time, three-quarter-time, half-time, and less-than-half-time awards must be determined using these schedules. FSA noted that because of the additional cells needed to display the extended eligible Expected Family Contributions (EFCs), each schedule consists of two pages. The maximum eligible EFC is 4617. For the 2009-2010 award year the maximum Federal Pell Grant award will be $5,350, an increase of $619 over the 2008-2009 level. The Payment and Disbursement Schedules can be found in Dear Colleague Letter P-09-01, posted on IFAP at: http://ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/P0901.html. Also contained in the DCL is an explanation of how the maximum award and the maximum eligible EFC were determined.
