Indexed Version of 2008-2009 FSA Handbook Available Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority notes that the indexed version of the 2008-2009 Federal Student Aid Handbook has been made available. The index to the Handbook appears at the beginning of the document. All index entries are linked to the referenced pages which can be directly accessed by clicking on the page number. The Handbook is a very useful tool for finding Title IV program guidance. Federal Student Aid invites comments and suggestions for the Indexed Handbook.
