UHEAA Holiday Schedule for the Year 2009

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) offices will be closed in observance of certain holidays. Therefore, no loans disbursements will be made on the following dates:

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day	Monday, January 19, 2009
Presidents’ Day	Monday, February 16, 2009
Memorial Day	Monday, May 25, 2009
Independence Day	Friday, July 3, 2009
Pioneer Day	Friday, July 24, 2009
Labor Day	Monday, September 7, 2009
Thanksgiving Day	Thursday, November 26, 2009
Day after Thanksgiving	Friday, November 27, 2009
Christmas Day	Friday, December 25, 2009
(New Year’s Day)	(Friday, January 1, 2010)

Although UHEAA offices will be open, disbursement of loan funds will not occur on the following holidays:

Columbus Day	Monday, October 12, 2009
Veterans Day	Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Schools are encouraged to consider these dates when scheduling UHEAA loan transactions. Institutions having special loan disbursement needs on any of these holidays are encouraged to contact their school representative as soon as possible.
