HERA Training Workshop

The U.S. Department of Education is offering one-day workshops throughout the country on changes in financial aid as a result of the Higher Education Reconciliation Act of 2005 (HERA). Utah Valley State College will host one of these workshops on October 12th.

Each workshop consists of four modules:

Module 1 – ACG/National SMART Grant
Module 2 – Student Eligibility, Need Analysis and Cost of Attendance
Module 3 – Institutional Eligibility, Program Eligibility and Return of Title IV Funds
Module 4 – Loan Issues
