UHEAA Welcomes David Hughes

Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority is pleased to welcome David Hughes as Manager of Financial Aid. Dave brings to UHEAA rich experience which will benefit the schools and students UHEAA serves. In addition to the skills gained from being the Information Specialist and Student Loan Officer in the financial aid office at Southern Utah University, David also brings management and systems experience from his years in the corporate world.

The administration of UHEAA’s non-loan financial aid programs will be Dave’s responsibility. Those programs include the Utah Centennial Opportunity Program for Education (UCOPE), Leveraging Education Assistance Partnership (LEAP), the UHEAA Scholarships, Campus-Based FSEOG and FWS matching funds, and the New Century Scholarship.
