New School Representatives

In an effort to better serve our customers, the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has made a change in the school representative assignments. Nancy Caldwell and Paul Conrad, recent additions to the UHEAA staff, have now been designated as school representatives. The unique qualifications that Nancy and Paul possess from their many years of school financial aid office experience will provide the highest  possible level of customer service. In the past, Kristina Orme and Scott Brown of the Policy and Training Department were the primary school contacts at UHEAA. As you may know,  Kristina recently accepted a new position with the Utah Attorney General's office and Scott has been reassigned to full-time duty in the Policy and Training Department.
 
The responsibilities of the school representatives will continue to include facilitating communication and problem resolution between UHEAA and the schools. We are confident that these new assignments will provide the highest level of service to schools and borrowers.
