New Senior School and Lender Services Officer

 The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) has appointed Paul Conrad as Senior School and Lender Services Officer.  His most important responsibilities will include consulting with schools and lenders to facilitate school processing activities, and coordinating with external vendors and internal operations to deliver quality service and systems to all loan program participants.

 Paul has broad financial aid experience.  At BYU, he gained progressive experience serving as a collections officer, graduate assistant, counselor, and most recently as the Assistant Director.  His recent involvement in the production of A Financial Path to Graduation, a video presentation developed by the BYU Financial Aid Office and used by the financial aid community to educate students and parents about educational funding strategies, also demonstrates his dedication and attention to the needs of schools and students.  An undergraduate degree in financial services further complements his experience.
