The U.S. Department of Education (ED) recently released Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) ANN-97-14, dated December, 1997, which announces a series of Electronic Aid Office workshops to be held February through September 1998 (see attached copy). The DCL contains a list of the contents, sites and dates of the workshops.
